Having worked in Pipework and Industrial Welding services for many years we've pretty much seen it all. Along the way we've identified key requirements from clients which are not always met by traditional fabrication companies. These requirements are not based around cost, although this is an aspect of any project. We believe our clients are looking to work with a company with a keen understanding of project management, with great communication, a company who can stick to a delivery schedule and communicate along the way, and who can offer solutions to problems that can only come about from decades of experience and know-how. Our mission then is simple; it is to deliver all of these things consistenly to our clients and in doing so grow a strong relationship that will last for many years.
The Arcteq team is lead by Steve Wrightam and Rob Stratford. They are both very well known within the industry and each have a great reputation for reliability and workmanship. Having joined forces to form Arcteq, a truly complete solution can be offered from consultancy, project planning, management and delivery. Working with Steve and Rob are a team of highly skilled, coded welders and pipefitters, and at a junior level Arcteq run an apprenticeship programme which was put in place to ensure the steady growth of a highly skilled workforce.
Arcteq is a very ambitious, forward-thinking company. We intend to grow continuously in workforce, turnover and reputation. 2019 has already seen us start a phased development of our site at Humber Gate Industrial Estate, Grimsby — installing new welfare facilities and other improvements to staff comfort and security. Site development will continue on an ongoing basis, with further investment in IT infrastructure and workshop equipment either scheduled or underway.
